If you go to Corval and miss this experience, you know nothing about local food! If you are looking for a lame meal, or a sandwich, don't go there... If you love good food, don't miss it!

OH. MY. GOD. Having lunch in Adega do Cachete was one of the highlights of our week stay in Portugal!The warmest and most attentive hospitality, smooth arrangement (we were there as a group and booked in advance), traditional, all natural interiors, the heartiest authentic DELICIOUS Alentejian food (and oh those desserts!) - everything was just perfect!Thank you very much to the A. family - every single person of our 30 people group asked if we could come back there during the rest of our week in Alentejo.And I hope one day we will!

You need to go there. Super friendly waiter and the food was amazing. I'm a meat fan and I 2as not dissapointed. You need to book, we watched 10s of people get turned away. Popular authentic alentejo food. Fyi migas is a bread based onion and ham pudding (savoury, think suet pudding), heavy but delish!
